Registration

In order to be included in the conference, at least one author per accepted paper/poster must register for the conference.

Paper Submission:

Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers by uploading them to the evaluation website (EasyChair). If you have not used EasyChair before, please create a new account first. To upload your paper, login and click "New Submission" at the top.

The first page of the draft paper should include: title of the paper, name, affiliation, postal address, email address for each author, and the track(s) that the paper is addressing. The first page should also identify the name of the contact author and a maximum of five topical keywords that would best represent the content of the paper.

Important Dates: (Extended)

May 31, 2018: Submission of Late Breaking/Position/Poster papers (about 7 pages)
June 10, 2018: Notification of acceptance (+/- two days)
June 18, 2018: Final papers + Copyright + Registration.
July 30 - August 2, 2018: The 2018 World Congress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Applied Computing

Author Instruction

Submissions must be uploaded by the announced deadline and they must be in pdf format (about 5 to 7 pages - single space). All reasonable typesetting formats are acceptable. Later, the authors of accepted papers will be asked to follow a particular typesetting format to prepare their final papers. Please have the English of your paper checked if needed.

The length of the Camera-Ready papers (if accepted) will be limited to 7 (IEEE style) pages. For a smaple IEEE paper format, please click on Sample Paper (PDF). Papers must not have been previously published or currently submitted for publication elsewhere. The first page should also identify the name of the Contact Author and a maximum of 5 topical keywords that would best represent the content of the paper.

Full papers will be evaluated for originality, significance, clarity, impact, and soundness. Each paper will be refereed by two members of the conference program committee. The referees' evaluations will then be reviewed by a co-chair of the program committee who will recommend a decision to the chair. The chair will make the final decision. Lastly, the final papers will be reviewed by one member of the program committee to ensure conformance with the requirements.

All accepted papers will be published in the respective conference proceedings (in both, printed book form as well as online). The proceedings will be indexed. Please refer to "Publication and Indexing" for details.
