Welcome to the 2026 International Conference on Security and Management (SAM'26). It is the 24th annual comprehensive security conference dealing with all aspects of security. It is a leading international opportunity for computer and network security professionals and users to investigate innovative ideas and outcomes, and to exchange experiences on various aspects of information security. Novel research in all practical areas of computer and network security is sought. Submissions from academia, government, and industry are encouraged.
Each paper will be peer-reviewed by two Program Committee members (Reviewers) for originality, structure, analysis, relevancy, impact, and presentation. If there are contradictory recommendations, the Program Chair will make the final decision. If needed, the paper will be sent to a third Program Committee Member (reviewer) before the Program Chair makes the final decision.
All accepted papers will be included in the SAM'26 conference proceedings, which will be published by Springer Nature (in printed book form; later, the proceedings will also be accessible online). Those interested in proposing workshops/sessions, should refer to the "Sessions/Workshop Proposals" for details.
The SAM 2026 conference is being held jointly (same location and dates) with a number of other research conferences. SAM'26 is one of the conferences organized within the 2026 World Congress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Applied Computing (CSCE'26). CSCE 2026 is composed of research presentations, keynote lectures, invited presentations, tutorials, panel discussions, and poster presentations. If you register for any of the 26 conferences, you can attend any session in any of these conferences. For more details on CSCE 2026 please refer to "CSCE 2026" section.
